According to the Scottish reports championship side Raith Rovers are planning to bring young Rangers striker Ryan Hardie on a season-long loan deal in order to strengthen their options.
The 19-year old forward has been a regular member in the Gers’ first team squad this term but has only made four substitute appearances at Ibrox for Mark Warburton’s side.
The Scotland U19 international started twice last term and scored a double in a 3-1 victory over Dumbarton in April.
The 6ft striker is tipped for a big future at Ibrox, and recently signed a new deal to tie him at the Gers until the 2018.
Raith boss Ray McKinnon has been a huge admirer of 19 year old forward and his is hopeful to sign him on season-long loan deal or even make a permanent move for this services.
Rangers are on the brink to return to Scottish top-flight for next campaign and time for youngster could be limited even more.
